Products Range

Duratron U1000 PEI is extremely suitable for electrical / electronic insulators (including many semiconductor process components) and a variety of structural components requiring high strength and rigidity at elevated temperatures. Thanks to its good hydrolysis resistance Duratron U1000 PEI is capable of withstanding repeated autoclaving cycles. High voltage and flame resistance makes it ideal for clamps used to connect printed circuit boards to video display units used in airplanes, tanks and ships. High frequency insulators used in microwave communications equipment are machined from Duratron PEI stock shapes.

DURATRON PAI polyamide-imide

Duratron (PAI) is an used in application with excellent combination of mechanical performance, greater compressive strength, higher impact resistance, dimensional stability at continuous temperatures to 260 °C (500 °F). Duratron PAI's extremely low coefficient of linear thermal expansion and high creep resistance deliver excellent dimensional stability over its entire service range.
